Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Logistics Partners:
We use some of India’s best logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. Incase your location does not fall within their coverage reach, we would contact you for the same and find the best possible way to have the order delivered to you.
Notification:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delay in Delivery:
During festivals, public holidays or political crises, your shipment could face a delay. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time and are happy to help you and provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering.
Also, any delay done by the logistics partners, in that case refund and order cancellation is not accepted.
